    You missed the Filet Mignon (Fri)
    Cajun Pork Tenderloins (Wed)
    Thai Barbeque Chicken (Tues)
    and Beef Wellington and stuffed Mushrooms w anjou risotto on Monday…
    Chef Mitch also caught a 10.12 lb Walleye on Thurs with Steve…

    Guess the drive down from Big Lake would have been worth it, wouldn’t have needed the boat

    We had smoked Asian Carp today. I’m not sure what was up with the chunk I had yesterday but this piece was awesome.

    Y bones, rib bones…’ell I think the bones had bones!

    But I was impressed!
