    Cajun Pork Tenderloins (Wed)
    Thai Barbeque Chicken (Tues)
    and Beef Wellington and stuffed Mushrooms w anjou risotto on Monday…
    Chef Mitch also caught a 10.12 lb Walleye on Thurs with Steve…

    We had smoked Asian Carp today. I’m not sure what was up with the chunk I had yesterday but this piece was awesome.

    Y bones, rib bones…’ell I think the bones had bones!

    But I was impressed!
