Prescott Open Water

    On my way to classes this morning at UW-River Falls, I noticed a boat that was out putting around and had the bow mount deployed underneath the bridge in Prescott. It won’t be long now guys!

    Ahhh…Another illegel fisher person! It is that time of year…. Why is he illegal? you ask….You must be below the the railroad bridge…..

    I think they changed it to down stream from the highway bridge. “I think”

    Nobody accused them of fishing, to be honest they probably just wanted to get the boat out for the first test run of the season.

    is the legal open water down there reachable from shore?

    I don’t know…Depends on what half of the rails your under?LOL
    1. And the poster didn’t say the railroad bridge.
    2.I guess I took it as the road bridge.

    My bad….It does state in the regulations for “Border water” …it is “downstream from the Highway bridge” So me being a big man and can admit my mistakes…I was Wrr…Wro….Wrrr…Wrong! OK? there I SAID IT!!
