Is there a logic as to color when dragging at night? I am thinking darker bold colors. What are your favorites?

    Thanks in advance.

I like bright colors at night. Purple/Chart, Goldcracker/Chart, White, Chart Pepper

As bright as you can get. Wont be much sound from a draggin jig so you need to try and be visible.

Exact opposite for hard baits with sound, darker the better.

2 weeks ago the best colors for me were purple chartreuse tail, fire-n-ice, gold cracker, oystershell, and chartreuse orange core. Water was ultra clear then so color preference may be different if the water got any color.

This year I did really well with black/chart tail on nights where there was a moon. On the really dark nights I seemed to do better on brighter colors.
