Spend the last day and 1/10 moving. Last to go is the computer gear.

Pretty good number of boats waving to us while moving.

But all is good. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside chocolate chip cookies hit the spot.

    Thanks Lund85!!

…and last night, a bit of Everts history goes down the road.

From my understanding this 1974 Holiday camper was parked at a lake in IA for a few years, then moved first to “Barb’s Campground” on the Mississippi which was in the area of Everts known as the “back 40” which we use for parking today.

Then when Barb’s was closed, the Holiday was moved to it’s last spot and became known as Camper #9 about 6 years ago.

It would be interesting to know how many walleyes and sauger have been consumed in this old beast.

It sure didn’t look like much from the outside, but it was warm and cozy on the inside with all the modern inconveniences of today and a few good cookie stashing places.

Where’s she going? Not sure. Last time I saw it she was heading South on Hwy 35 at about 50 mph heading to her next destination as a home base to make more memories.
