Pool 3 Sunday, Tuesday

Tried the Wing Dams below Prescott Sunday 5/16, Tuesday 5/18. A couple of us in the boat managed 8 legal eyes on Sunday and 7 on Tuesday. Picked them up on Nightcrawlers. Tried Raps, but only picked up one small sauger. Did’nt really give them a fair try. Most every fish was caught way out at the ends of the dams, no action on the inner halfs. Sounds like a bunch of rain coming, maybe that will help the action pick up? Still need it a little warmer. Chappy, I plan on being there Saturday morning, but I’ll be coming off one of those 12 hour Midnight shifts, with another one looking at me Saturday night See ya Saturday unless it’s raining Cats and Dogs.(Fair weather fisherman)

I also tried the wing dam south of Prescott but fished way in by the inside. Nadda, trolled a leadline up past the docks with no results……or so I thought. While winding it in near the bridge, Here he came, a dink sauger hanging on for dear life. Other than that ,nothin! Stop raining already!! Engleworm, What are ya saying? 20 Years ago you woulda jumped at working,fishing ,get 4-5 hours and back to work. Not as easy now that your old huh?
