This is the worst post I will look at all day… as if waiting for “my kind” of open water fishing wasn’t hard enough already.

That is a 10yr. old kid on his birthday. His dad took him out of school on his birthday and hired me for a guide trip. He caught his 1st walleye, sauger, smallmouth, carp, sheephead, white bass, and catfish. ..It was one of those perfect days. The only fish he DIDNT like was the CATFISH. …rrr

All nice pics – my favorite is my buddy Craig Saeger in the middle row on the far right.

    Nice hog Craig!!!

Nice job RRR. I can understand why the kid didn’t like catfish. Just smell what they eat. Hey BK that’s Vandy in those pictures too. The fish are as long as he is tall.

    Yes Sir, that’s Greg.

You should see the photo of Vandy holding a 26 pound sheephead. It looks like an ocean fish the way the camera captured it.

rCr puts down cat’s to protect his main source of income while guiding.

Nice pictures. If it was March, I’d be planning how I might take back the fish camp title.. from some stiff competition.

Only the truth. I may have to fish all night to do it but I’m game. There has to be a pattern for baitfish somehow right?

Why would you think that? Do you know that any of these were not released?

Should have blurred out the secret brush pile in the background.

In all seriousness though it looks like you supplied that boy with the best birthday gifts ever! Kudos rrr!
