Entering long/Lat waypoints to your Lowrance?

    Please help, headed south for some fishing in the Golf in Placida Fl. I would like to know how to add artificial reef waypoints into my uncles GPS, the unit is a Lowrance. He just purchased the unit and isn’t on top of his fishing game, more of a sight seeing kind of guy. Thanks in advance….

    You can find operation manuals on Lowrance’s site.

    You’ll want to create a waypoint from an entered position.

    Not sure if this will help you Bryce.

    I just enter a waypoint any old place, then use the menu to EDIT it and put in the lat/long.

    These things come with owners manuals Dan??

    I just move my cursor to the desired waypoint and then hit enter. once in the system, then you can go to and edit…
