    Jon… you a very correct sir! I average 2-3 channels per trip… on CRANKS. Imagine what damage a guy could do if he were actualy fishing for them! Nice ones I might add.

    You guys are right on the money, last night was the first trip I had in over 2 weeks I think that we did not boat a cat in the trip. Got to admit those things really fight!

    Travis, what do you say….case of brew and a pile of stinkbait and pull an all nighter?

    Looks like I will be back on pool on thursday morning. Looking forward to chasing some big eyes around again. Any one elso hitting it tomorrow?

    Ouch. That was a big change. 1 sheepie today. It didnt take long for me to figure out the bite had changed a little from the last week. My first trolling pass this morning produced 3 missed fish. A far change from digging crank baits out of there mouths. This was the story for the rest of the trip. Lost fish on cranks. Short bites and bumps on plastics.
    Saved them all for you Steve. Hopefully after a day of fasting they will be on the tear again on friday.
    Back to the Croix again for me this weekend. Hog hunting on 2 again next week.
