I know this is going to seem like a dumb question to all of the river/lake locals, but here goes. Ringworms seem to be the way to go. The only place I can find them is Gander Mtn., and they are primarily sold out. I bought four combo packs each containing four colors-20 of each color. The guys at Gander didn’t know and I have never seen one fished. Do you rig these with a standard 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, jighead like a standard twister tail? I could find nothing out on what type of head to use. The standard head would seem to be to short, wouldn’t they hit short a lot? I’ve fished the lake and river for three years now, but it seems like I’m missing the boat on these. Thank you for any help. Whitetailaddict

I don’t know where you live but Hooked On Fishing in Rochester, Minnesota carries a big supply of them. If you are in the Red Wing Mn. area Everts Resort has them. If there are none in your area you can order them from the B-Fish-N Tackle website. Just click on the link below. And as mentioned in the post above you will find alot of info on ringworms by doing a ringworm search by clicking on the search buttom at the top of the page and fill in alittle info. Thanks, Bill

I’ve been working with Lindy-Little Joe in creating the next generation of ringworm. It will be a little bit different. Prototypes seem to be significantly better than the original…available at a store near you in 2005 !!!
