Well, rumor has it. Now if we can just get the photo off of Steve’s cell phone…

    ..and the story behind it.

Nah, all I heard and saw this last weekend were eaters.

Sunday seemed to pick up for the folks fishing. They’re talking 50’s for next weekend. I’m thinking I should get out for a bit. I’m just afraid of being stood up again.

    I won’t mention Jesse’s name.

Fish was released after the photo was taken, I’m told.

Interesting time/place to take a picture of a fish that was ‘released’ — in the boat on the trailer? Sounds like someone is trying to appease the C&R crowd to me

Well you may think what you like.

The fish was in the live well when the boat came out of the water. When it was pulled up near the bait shop, Steve took the picture and the fish was released.

Moral of the story? Bring along your own camera.

Personally had I been there I would have asked at least for the cheeks. It’s only a walleye for pete’s sake.

I would have no problem saying it went under the knife if it had.

    Nice Fish
released, put on a wall, no biggy to me. The livewell is used by many people to move locations before taking a picture as to hide the actual location and sometimes to make one think it was caught in an entirely different location……I would never do such a thing though
