    These baby’s won’t last long!

Half finished Bacon Wrapped Spam w/BBQ Sauce in the Everts Bait shop at 6 am!

Half way done tonight. Just needed to be drained, add BBQ and bake for another 45 minutes before serving!

Coffee will be on as well.

When you bringing those things up to pool 2? The only friendly face we see at the landings up here is AIS inspectors playing 20 questions.

The finished product….and when I left the bait shop 30 minutes ago, there were only a few left.

This little dish just put me over the top for the Everts Employee of the Month!!

    The finished product.

Melted butter is like milk compared to the cold bacon grease I was planning on using for a dip.

Sorry Willi, my baking skills aren’t good enough for weekday work.

That’s a gourmet side of you I was not aware of Brian. You are amazing. I wonder if Bret would make some of those for our next fishing trip? Of course with som Old Style as a wash.

I was skeptical…but I’m not going to lie. These were pretty darn good! It would be nice if you would deliver on the water BK. Sure could have used a warm plate of those around 9:30ish!

You know Ocean, I think everyone that tried one had good luck on the river today.

You know if a person leave thier minnows in the bait shop, I charge $15. to deliver them to the dock. If I have to take them up to the dam, it’s $50.

What do you think I would charged to deliver BWS up there?
