When I asked you to keep some eyes for me, I didn’t know you were going to give me one 9 pounder!!

But slicing it up a few times it fried up pretty good.

    Thanks again.

Thanks Brian now I’m hungry and it’s to late to fix something. Now I’ll have to go to bed hungry. Looks good.

    My pleasure Chirp!

After dark tonight walking from one end of Everts to the other, there were a number of cabins that had the smell of frying fish coming from them.

Even with a slower bite today then yesterday there were plenty of fish caught for dinners throughout the resort.

Life is back to great at the resort formerly known as “the ghost town”.

Sure looks tasty! I have to try that sturdy fish fry soon! Know where I can get some?

Everts stocks it…or at least tries to. It’s a pretty good mover.

Someone in River Falls has it as well, but not sure if they stock the Cajun.

I keep telling them they should rename the Cajun because people think the word “Cajun” means “HOT”. It’s not, just the right amount of spice.
