    Hi,

I need some help finding some jigs. I’m looking for egg head jigs for ringworms and hair jigs, Chub jigs(like a fathead shape head) to tie some hair jigs, and mushroom head(sometimes called a worm head) for ringworms. I don’t have the equipment to pour my own jigs so I am looking to purchase some. Color assortment would be nice, but just getting a hold of some of these jigs would suffice for now.

    Thanks, Brian/TGIF

Here’s a vendor for the mushroom heads you are looking for. I’m not aware of anyone that has the football heads, maybe someone else can help out with that one.

For the mushroom heads: Gopher Tackle

    James,

Maybe I have the wrong name for those egg-head jigs. I see you have a picture of that jighead on your last river report. What is that jig head called? Where can I get those?

I pour and tie my own jigs, I buy the molds from Do-It mold company. I think they probably have the jig styles you are talking about.

    James,

Do they sell the Gopher Tackle jigs at retail in the Metro area?

Thorne Brothers and Capra’s can set you up with mushroom heads. A great bait shop in Faribault, MN has a great selection too!
