    No doubt!

Some of the most fun times I have on the water come when fishing near friends in other boats or near guys that know how to chat it up and have some laughs and a good time. Catching fish is secondary.

Stuart… I always look for that white lund of yours sneaking up from down river. Too many good people out there on the river to not stop and chat it up and make some friends.

The boy and I are starting to spend enough time on the river to qualify as “regulars”. I recognize alot of folks from the site but feel a little odd just speaking up so I’m glad you said what you did Stuart. We are in a green Lund Explorer, we are hard to miss with a 14 year old in the back keeping Dad in line. Everyone feel free to stop by and say “Hi”. We plan to be on the water Friday and Saturday this week. With the weather forecast I only have one thing to say– THANK GOD FOR GUIDEWEAR!!! It takes the worry out of what Mother Nature is going to throw at us. Now if I can only find the walleye.

I’ve talked to Stuart on the water. He is absolutely a great guy and will help you if he can The same goes for me. If you see me in my red explorer, stop and talk I’ll tell ya anything I know, which usually isn’t much

You can easily pick my explorer from the crowd of Lund Explorers, with BFD and Little B in my boat you’ll hear us long before you see us

I too am not bothered by the crowds on 4, I like people, and most of you are people
I have even begun to get over my fear of tall guys in Crestliners …….B

Yeah on the river in tight spots I don’t mind being close to others, thats just how the spots are, out on the lake with no one around, then having a boat zip up to you and fish 30 feet away does pretty much urine me off, but only sometimes, sometimes those people are nice a friendly, most of the time they think this is their spot and they belong there to fish, and I’m only in the way. Personally the attitude of the people around me dictates my mood, smile and I’ll smile back, I don’t have a problem chatting with others either, but am a little leary of starting up a conversation, not knowing how they will react. Usually I just give them the “universal” arms out as in how big are they today

And come on, don’t you love it when people ask you if your catching fish, and you’ve been hammering them all day, and they have caught nothing, of course 95% of the time it’s me not catching the fish, but I really do love those 5% days

Yup, hats are on the way. I placed a big order that will be back in the states by late May – early June.

Anyone is always welcome to drop in on me and say hello, and if I see someone I recognize I’ll probably do the same.

(Unless it’s ecnook or Big B, in which case I rush over and try to catch their line in my trolling motor)

Funny, whenever I get my line in Big B’s trolling motor he curses and hits me! My agonized screams are the reason you can hear us before you see us!
