pool 2??

Was wondering if the action has picked up from a week ago? Anyone been out in the last few days? Might get out later for some shorefishing. Ill report back if i catch some.

I didn’t know that the action was slow a week ago the fish have been very cooperative since the beginning of April, big ones too yesterdays biggest was 30.5 inches and tipped the scales at 10lbs 1 oz fishing wing dams and shore line structure. Good luck

You do that, I have been curious how everything has been on P2 lately. Wondering if the water clarity has gotten a little better, if the water level has gone down any, and if them dang cottonwood seeds are everywhere.

The cotton seeds are gone, water is down to where it was this spring before the rain, and the clarity is two inches get used to it, the fish certainty don’t care.

I must have the worst luck ever then.

I’m not sure what section of p2 you were on, but the cottonwood seeds were most certainly not gone.

Cotton seeds were a little issue esterday but not a big deal when pitching jigs. I do not pay much attention to clarity so can not comment on that. 7 eyes yesterday all on gulp/Jigs.

The bite was decent this afternoon. Trolling, and pitching both worked. Couldnt get anything to go on plastics this afternoon. My crawlers had turned to goo some time in the last week so didnt get to try them. Did have some leaches with and they loved them. Its was to bad I lost about 6 fish to every one that hooked up.
