Pool 9 Lodging Help

    Looking for help on an inexpensive place to stay when fishing near Lansing. Nothing fancy but clean, close to river and electric hookup for charging batteries. Stayed at Grandview Motel several weeks ago. Okay place but awfully tight getting in and out of there with a boat.

    Desoto area, Scenic Veiw 608-648-3329, Mississippi Sports 608-648-3630, Desoto cabins 608-648-3640. The BlackHawk landing is just down the road

    I’ve got to not recommend Miss Sports. I’ve had some bad experiences with the management.

    I’ll second that, Scenic View is closer to the ramp and nice people too.
