Going to Guttenberg on Good Friday to fish Pool 11. This use to be an annual trip about a decade ago, but first time back. Anyone have any input on typical spawning areas on this pool? Pretty capable of finding fish just wondering on general spawning areas to narrow the search. Thank You. 
I will be up their this weekend with my brother and grampa. They went last week while I was on Pool 4 and did well. Ended up with 11 keepers between the two of them and a nice northern. I would just say that the water temps were at 60 degrees, so keep that in mind when you’re up there. My grampa loves to vertical jig, so I’m sure we’ll play bumper boats by the lock, but if I had a say I would look downstream. Either way, I’m sure the sheephead will be biting GREAT, along with some smaller saugers. Spawns done. Water was 61 degrees Sunday at Guttenburg. 57 at Lynxville.
