Bay Point Park Ramp

    Drove by Bay Point Park in Red Wing today and there were 3 trailers in the lot. The barricades were still there but somebody had moved them so I do not know if it is “officially” open yet. There are still some floating ice chunks between the ramp and the channel but if you go slow it should be fine.
