    This was sent out by the MNDNR in a news letter yesterday…almost word for word.

    The sky is not falling Gov Chicken Little.

    Yeah, they were discussing it on MPR last night too. The fisheries guy said that just because they’re there doesn’t mean there is a viable breeding population yet. They said the same pattern has developed down south and that they usually see the scouts like this first, then it take a few years for them to take over, which is almost inevitable now..
