Downstream eyes

    My friend Craig and I have been fishing downstream from the heavily fished areas. What we have discovered is that the presentation demanded by the fish is SLOW! We put the bait in front of the fishes face to get results. A lot of smaller males to be had in deeper faster water, where the bigger fish seem to be holding in the slack water. Today water was cold and wind blew hard!
