Colvile public access

Just wondering what the status is of the Colvile access I saw earlier this winter that some people had been using it in Dec or Jan. I s it locked up hard or is there only a foot of ice or less,I had heard Bay Point had less than a foot of ice. Any predictions or guesses if we stay warmer how soon these ramps might open up.

You could prob launch out of the north ramp the south side was locked up the other day.

You could put in the Bills bay side via the little ramp but a John said south side was locked in, by no means a foot it looked weak and appeared to be starting to open a bit at the mouth.
