    Anybody know if it’s still open. Usually fish below Winona dam but it’s pretty well iced up. Hope to get out tomorrow and it’s a lot closer than Red Wing. Number for bait shop would be good too. Thanks.

    Call the bait shop in Alma, they will know the exact status and probably offer a fishing report as well.

    In case anybody else is interested just talked to bait shop and ramps are all open. Thought maybe one by power plant would be iced in but said it was still good.

    That is one ramp be sure and have some salt or sand along. Seems most people don`t know how to drain there trailers there and steep, it ices fast in the evening. Docks have been pulled along time ago so plan ahead.
