I am heading down to Alma tomorrow to check out deer stands and am thinking of bringing the boat with. Roughly a week ago there was a report of it being “unfishable” due to high amounts of grass and weeds. Does anyone know if this is this still the case? Just spoke with a young man at the bait shop in town who “only works weekends” and has not heard. Thank you in advance.

I was down at pool 6 last Saturday and there was very small amount of weeds there , but very fishable.

I was there a couple weeks ago and had planned to go again yesterday, but that plan got axed. The grass was awful two weeks back, but I have no idea what the situation is now.
fish alma for a few hours this afternoon, didnt see much for weeds. didnt see much for fish either. Saugers is all i had going today.
