Pool 3 Fishing Boundary

    Can anyone help me with determining how far north you can legally fish on P3? Thanks in advance!

    Legally? It is open all the way up now just can not use more then 1 line about the confluence of the St. Croix and MIssippi joining heads.

    Pool 3 border water ends at the St Croix. The season closes north of there when the Minnesota inland lake season ends in February. Also, as mentioned, Mn inland lake rules always apply. Limits fish length regs and number of rods allowed all apply.

    Very good to know Jon. Sounds like my WI license would not be sufficient! Might have to buy my non resident for the full year and give it a whirl up there.
