Well this fall for us has had both highs in very good big fish days and others with only a few small walleyes ,but hey that’s fishing right? I have fished the river 7 of the last 18 days , mostly with Tuck, but also with friends, including meeting a new one Abe on the trip swap forum. We have already fished twice together and hope to do more. If you have never tried the trip swap I would urge you to try it . I mean who is going to respond except someone who wants to fish right?
I also got to fish with my ole fishin buddy Darren today. Darren got me back into fishing in my twenties when I did not even have a pole. He was more than willing to share his boat, and it was great to get out with him ,and return the favor. Darren loves crappies so it was fun to get into some .
Presentations as of late have been hair jigs and small plastics. Go to colors seem to change ,but today it was Patriot and black. River has been beautiful so get out and enjoy
