Bay Point Park Ramp

    Does anybody know if the Bay Point Park ramp is open for use? I heard it was close Tuesday but was wondering if anybody near Red Wing had seen it.

    I was down there this morning and it will be a while yet. I would guess by next weekend but if it opens sooner I will post a notice.
