JasonP and I fished in the tropical weather late afternoon yesterday looking for some big walleyes. We started by trolling some rockpiles in slower water that produced a decent number of small fish, but no big mammas. After pitching several current breaks and few more trolling runs it appeared that the night was going to end with no big fish showing. Around 9 pm I hooked into a nice 26 incher casting a #7 shad rap over a wingdam with lighter flow. A few casts later the big girl decided to eat. She hit the tape at 28.5 inches. Thanks for the fun trip and net job Jason.
