Hey –
I’m heading to meet an old college friend and fish Lake Pepin this Saturday. We’re heading out from the town of Pepin but can explore other parts of the lake obviously as long as it’s not too windy for my 14′ boat.
As it’s only my 2nd time fishing pepin, was looking for just some general advice (depth, general areas, etc). I plan on mostly fishing worm harnesses/lindy rigs but obviously can adapt if needed. I have a good variety of crankbaits but no lead / downriggers to get them down there. Do people still use cranks on bottom bouncers this time of year?
