Spent this past weekend fishing up on Pool 4 and man did we have a blast. We caught fish on about every possible presentation you can imagine. The bite is in full swing right now and should continue as the summer continues! Lake bite by this weekend should be in full swing and the river should stay solid with the AWESOME water level we have right now. Things are setting up very nice for a great summer bite! 
Spent Saturday and Sunday running around pre-fishing a half dozen spots to check on fish I was hoping were around. What we found were a lot of fish willing to bite and quite a few large big fish in the mix. The tournament was a big fish only format for bass and walleye and we stumbled on some tank smallies as well! Long story short we ended up winning the bass Div. with a huge smallie and placed 2nd with a 25.5″ eye. A fun weekend overall and hope the bite stays strong.
Good to see everyone up there Sunday for the Skeeter boat ride and drive when we stopped in to check out a few of the new rigs as well. That thing sure screams down river though holy smokes. 
Deano I think I need to get on your website and stock up on some more of those hair jigs, paddle tails, and some more live bait rigs though before I head back out those fish are on a mission right now heading to there summer haunts!
