mayflies ?

    you are on a river/ lake,or may be you were on the river last week and have returned to fine the water is full of may flies.i would like to here what every ones game plan would be to put fish in the boat.its always been slow goin for me.

    Mayflies don’t bother me in the least. I’ve caught fish with their bellies bulging with mayflies. Good time to bobber fish with fresh mayflies for bait just under the surface. Walleyes will be right up there with the gills and mooneyes feeding.

    I’ve also heard that pumpkin colored plastics do really well.please correct me if i’m wrong guy’s.

    I know this is a walleye post, but I have had great success fishing for catfish right under those trees during mid hatch. Just put a bluegill or bullhead down there and Zinngggg.
