Hey everyone this year will be my first every walleye tournament with over 100 boats in the field (Canadian artic shield lake). How and where does a guy even start, rigging, using time effectively, keeping fish healthy, and whatever else goes into the world of tournament angling. Its a mid June tourney, thanks a ton

Best advice I can give don’t expect to go in and win. Enjoy it and learn from the other anglers. When you pre fish do a lot more scanning investigating vs fishing. Soak in the knowledge and just have fun.
