Got out on the Croix a couple weekends about south of Stillwater, didn’t catch a thing. Was wondering if there was any reports of the fishing picking up since the cooler weather has started to roll in?

Got out both this weekend and last for about 3 hours each trip. Trolled shadraps on leadcore between stillwater and Hudson. Good action but couldn’t catch a legal walleye. Both trips very similar action. A dozen short walleye, a dozen white bass, a few smallmouth, and I did end up getting 2 16-17” sauger last week and a 16” sauger this trip.
