Is Brett Farve still available for next year?
No but his back up is a h-ell of a coach, kinda ironic don’t you think?
January 21, 2018 at 8:13 pm #1746213que the Packer trolls. Good game by Philly, they looked ready, the Vikes looked like like the typical team that over achieved. All I wanted was a close game and I feel bad for the guys on that D. Nobody will be able to handle New England like usual so this may be the lowest rated Superbowl of all time.

Trolling and celebrating like Viking nation after the collar bone….only that’s done and gone. This sticks thru next season. Welcome back to the big stage
targamanInactiveWilton, WIPosts: 2759January 21, 2018 at 8:38 pm #1746228How many times did philly punt in this game?
How many times did the vikes get inside the 30 and come out without points?
That says it all.
January 21, 2018 at 8:41 pm #1746229Wow
I never expected such a blowout.
Thought it would be a much tighter game than this…January 21, 2018 at 8:41 pm #1746231Id of rather had another missed FG than a blowout. Maybe…..
Go Brady, go Pats.kabefisherman11Posts: 201January 21, 2018 at 8:42 pm #1746234Terrible showing. What a let down. At least i knew it was over at halftime and didnt have to go through the agony of a nail biter. This one will sting for a bit but it was a good season. Hope Phily beats New England. Hey i still have something to hang my hat on – at least im not a packers fan.

Embarrassing.
Fire Zimmer.January 21, 2018 at 8:47 pm #1746239I feel bad about the times the Vikings got ripped off when it comes to big game wins. Bounty Gate, the Push Off, etc.
This wasn’t one of those. Good game to the Eagles, they found another gear and we didn’t. Simple as that. Thier D was solid, and their offense was mistake free and well played. Nothing else to say, better football on their side by a mile.
I’m not down on the Vikes at all. They didn’t “overachieve”, no idea how you can see that in a 14 W season, no team overachieves for a 14 W season. The problem is everybody’s good in the playoffs, and the Vikes were good, but not good enough this time.
No shame in that, I mean hey, it could be worse. We got to enjoy being a playoff team when the majority of the NFL only had one thing to think about: making tee times.
I hope the Eagles can stay in high gear for 2 weeks because the Pats D will not stop that offense if they keep it rocking. It’s an odd position to be in, but I’m totally saying go Eagles and put an end to Cheaterville’s stranglehold on the Superbowl.
No complaints, no regrets. Best of luck to the Eagles, hope they take all the air out of the Pats.

Embarrassing.
Fire Zimmer.Fire Zimmer? That is a ridiculous statement. Losing OC Shurmur will hurt though.
January 21, 2018 at 9:07 pm #1746247Hats off to the Vikes on a fantastic season. Philly was outstanding in every aspect of the game.
Don’t know why but the Vikes just didn’t look like themselves tonight. The Vikes secondary looked like the Packers.
Go Philly. Stick it to the Pats.kabefisherman11Posts: 201January 21, 2018 at 9:15 pm #1746249Wow I’m watching the highlights. Trae Wayne’s got destroyed and the secondary looked terrible.
AnonymousInactivePosts: 0January 21, 2018 at 9:24 pm #1746251Now that’s the Vikings I’ve been used to. Lay an egg at the only chance they’ll ever get at playing in a bowl at home.
Well, at least for 25 years till they build a new stadium

Packer nation is happy to not have you as a fan also.
I was pulling for the vikings due to friends and family but I’m not sorry to see them lose.
January 21, 2018 at 10:02 pm #1746265Eageles looked very good, well, Cleveland would have looked good the way the Vikes played. I’m waiting till Childress takes off the Zimmer mask, thats the only explanation I can come up with.

Did they show the one where his half hearted bump for a tackle that let the Eagels get a first down inside the 5. He had played that way all year. He will not go for a tackel beyond a leg tackel or push out of bounds. Has anyone ever see him wrap and tackel someone or even a tackling dumby? He seems to be a good cover guy but what good is that when he wont put himself out there to make a solid tackel?

They didn’t build the stadium. We did as taxpayers…or at least about $498 million of it. I’m in a can-opening mood, and am still stuck on the calculations equating that as a good deal for MN taxpayers.
Only 24 more years until we pay at least double for another one! Maybe then the Vikings can use it in February

can we as tax payers take some kind of deduction or loss off of our tax bill this season since the vikes aren’t going to the SB?
