Is there any free software out there that will allow me to edit go pro footage, handheld Sony camera footage and iPhone camera footage. Would like to take video from all three cameras and make a short YouTube video. I have never done this before so any and all recommendations are appreciated.
GoPro studio doesn’t handle those other camera’s formats?
I’m buying Cyberlink Power Director soon. It’s number one with most the review sites. I’ve used an older version and it was OK, but it was also about 5 versions ago.

there are a number of programs out there. i’d start with the simple editors that MS has included in Win7. AFter you have an idea of what you are doing, then move to anyone of about 2 dozen programs. Personally, i’d go with Adobe Premiere Elements, but if you’ve not been involved in editing previously, it’s a big bite of the apple.

Are labtop came with Imovie it is a video editing software it is awesome. Me a my wife use it for are hunt. And a few other things

The only laptop I own is a MacBook so I will check out IMovie. Thanks a ton.
