A friend of mine is trying to put a Vexilar on a Lithium shuttle. He is struggling pretty good so I offered to ask on here. We both looked online and couldn’t find anything. I have not looked at the unit myself. I told him to just buy a lithium and be done with it, but he wanted the USB port on the shuttle.
Has anyone here ever done it or know someone who has? If there is a video somewhere out there that we missed I’d appreciate it greatly.
I see that Marcum sells a gimbal mount for the FL series of Vexilars.
You can add a USB port to a vexilar case with a lithium battery also.

Now I’m curious how you would do that for my FLX-28. It would be all that much better to show up and have the USB without all the monkeying around.
Get a USB port and wire it in.
You need the Vexilar gimbal mount and the adapter harness, unless you want to cut wires and connect them yourself. Then you drill holes in the gimbal mount and bolt it to the shuttle. I did it this summer. LOVING the LOOOOONGER battery life!
