Verify MN archery season

    Can someone remind me of the correct date of the MN archery season? I’ve heard 4/29 and 4/30…

    4/30 D season starts which means the licenses are sold over the counter. I think an archery tag is good for the last 5 seasons.

    I’m going to smash one. I’ll have it all on film hopefully. 10 stutters on my property this morning. No pressure birds have been here for a month.

    Ben is correct. I plan on getting out with mine for a few mornings before work the next few weeks. But with limited scouting and on public land, who knows what will happen…

    ARCHERY LICENSES
    What is a spring turkey archery license? A spring turkey archery license lets you take a turkey during the combined time periods D through H. You are not limited to one time period, but you cannot start to hunt until the D time period. They are all sold over-the-counter. If you apply for a spring turkey lottery license and are selected, you cannot purchase an archery turkey license.
    Can I buy both an archery and regular turkey license? No, you can only buy one license.
