Venison steak fingers

I’ll get some pics. We made a meat eater recipe of venison steak fingers last weekend with a good sauce had called for pineapple preserves we substituted apricot as all the store had, horseradish, powdered mustard, and a few other things holy crap it was good. Smashed the venison into strips, breaded it like a fish and fried it up.
