Mine always turns out flaming hot. Seen some great chili recipes here. Looking for something easy to throw in a crock pot that the kids will eat.. Defrosting 2lbs veni that is mixed 20% beef. Any somewhat easy recipes?
This recipe is very good and it doesn’t require all-day cooking. Made as the recipe states, it’s as mild as chili can get.
You have to modify this a little for crock pot cooking. instead of simmering on the stove, finish it in the crock pot for about 2 hours.
