Will be doing some early ice fishing / camping. Don’t have access to electricity. Can I connect my flasher battery to a fully charged deep cycle to “charge” / equalize. I have multiple deep cycles but want to leave them in the truck and not drag them out on the ice with me.

I wouldn’t direct connect it. Get a small inverter from Wal-Mart for like 30 bucks.

Absolutely! I’ve done this for Red Lake and LOTW trips. The bonus is the inverter lets you charge other stuff like phones, blue tooth speakers, etc. I got a two outlet and doesn’t take up much space.

Side benefit, put it in the car so the wife can charge her laptop on road trips. It’s just one of those things I don’t use often but so handy when it’s needed.
