User Manual

    Just bought a Helix 9 GN2 SI.Is the unit suppose to come with a user manual? I didn’t get one. Hummingbird told me over the phone they don’t come with manual. Spend all that money and they can give you a hard copy. Wondering if anybody can confirm this? Thanks

    Not Humminbird, You have to get it off the net. Lowrance had them when I got my HDS GEN 3. They save a lot of $$$ not printing them. Most everything is going that route now. My wife didn’t come with a manual either, still can’t get her to work right.

    Thanks, Seems crazy they don’t give a user manual after dropping that kind of cash. would be nice to throw it in the glove box. I bet you are right and humminbird save a ton of money. Looks like I’ll be getting the digital version.

    I downloaded to a thumb drive and took to the printer to print it for me.

    You can download it to your cell phone and you’ll always have it handy.

    I’ve have never once opened the manual for my units. They just sit and collect dust. Any info I want on my units I can find by a quick Google search or YouTube video.
