Upper Turtle Lake, bait and boat landings?

    I had heard that Upper Turtle Lake in Wisconsin had some good crappie action last week and my father in-law always like to check out new places.

    We have never been there so I am looking for a bit of info.

    Is there a Bait shop near by?

    Do you have a recommendation on boat launch?

    Any idea on how the fishing is this week?

    I don’t have a fishing report, but I can tell you the landing is right on Highway 8, and you can find bait at the Cenex gas station in Turtle Lake.
