We are up on Red right now. Very tough day, kept 3 and let 4 smalls go. Full day of fishing. Talked to a lot of folks and had one other crew on the lake and no good reports from anyone.

I new 2 different groups who showed me opposite. Both who didn’t know each other said and showed they hammered fish but hard to get them with in the slot. Both groups pulling crawler harnesses.
I was not there to confirm but I seen lots of fish pics

We started to get a little more action trolling cranks at speeds closer to 2mph. Sheephead where very active this year and hitting just about anything. Did end up with 8 keepers for a half day fishing Saturday. Slow fishing by Red lake standards.

2 of us Saturday 7am-1:30pm. Caught 11 kept our 6. Jig and spottails. Both pitchin and ripjiggin. Pretty slow overall for us.
