    I would head towards the Minnehaha Creek outlet and go straight up stream on the west side by the riprap. I’d always catch walleyes up there throwing a jig and twister tail

    Yup, like nate says up by the rip-rap. there is a little pocket where the current turns back up the river. Hot Spot!
