Hey I’m from south east mn and I’m thinking about making a trip in the next few weeks across the boarder to try to get on some river eyes. Looks like my closest option is the upper Iowa, would probably fish downstream of the dam that is downstream of dacora. I’m not at all familiar with the area so I’m not sure if it is a good fishery or if I would be better off going to another river. I do a lot of river eye fishing in mn so I know how to get them to bite, I am just not familiar with the area. I’m not asking for anyone’s honey holes, just want to know what body of water would be worth the drive or what the conditions are like, any input would be appreciated thanks
