This should be a great time. I am looking forward to being able to get my hands on one of these boats. It will be a great deal for anyone who is looking for a new boat. On the water test drives, and the dealer actually there to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for making this possible Skeeter boat Center!!!

I’m getting jacked for my first pheasant hunt! I hope the predicted thunderstorms hold off.

Good luck Ralph. Is Floyd hunting with you?

Ha! No. I thought about bringing him, but I’ll be on public land, and he can be a bit of a dick to some other dogs, so I don’t want to deal with any problems. And he’d be of no help–he’d have a blast, though.

I’ve got a cousin/good friend back home who hunts his border collie. Funny as heck watching him quarter and retrieve pheasants. Seeing Floyd do this would extremely AWESOME!

Agreed. He’s been known to kick them up on hikes, but the dog has an utter disdain for retrieving. I have tried and tried. As soon as he figures out that I want him to bring something back, his interest level drops to zero.

Tomorrow’s weather might be perfect. For Benson, MN there is a 30% chance of rain overnight and in the morning and then 10% for the rest of the day with 5-10 mph winds. The moisture on the ground should help the dogs pick up scent better.

I won’t be too far from there. Belgrade & Brooten area for me.

Kicked up two roosters. Only had a shot at one of them, but he made it out unscathed.
