The roadside counts by the MNDNR should be published sometime in the next 2-3 weeks.
I am hopeing for a nice rebound of birds but I am concerned about the first hatches and all the rain in June. My friends in the rural areas are not seeing many birds.
What are your predictions?
Not good. I have seen very few pheasants and even fewer ducklings.

Been seeing a ton of smll birds, ducks and geese here toI falls can almost fly now, roadside counts are about as illigit as the DNRs wolf population estimates or Lou’s reasoning for the MN deer herds decline in recent years
