Nice fish…that turtle looks yummy
When anchored up and fishing cut baits I like to have my large cooler filled with ice in hopes of boating a snapper or soft shell. Putting them on ice settles them right down so a guy doesn’t have to worry about a dance in the boat later in the evening …yep been there before

Ya think that big sore on it’s back is a bite mark?
nittany_lionPosts: 44September 13, 2011 at 1:26 am #212245Spent Labor Day weekend in Kansas for our annual dove hunt. Had 4 good hunts – nothing spectacular, but no busts either. Hot as hades (~ 105F) for the first 3 days, but we managed to survive. Forgot the camera, so I don’t have any pictures to post. We did get 1 dove band while there, but I didn’t win the lottery (we didn’t know who actually shot it)! Here’s to a fantastic 2011 hunting season! Jeff
