    Shot a couple this morning out of cattail sloughs, they were all solid in Maple Lake! Goodluck boys!!

    I would have loved to have hunted with you guys, I got 100s of unhunted acres, but have gotto work all weekend!!

    Well, 2.5 hours and 4 birds. The cattails are about 93% locked up. The birds were holding super tight. Chappy got his 2 in 2 shot and it took me 4 shots to get my 2.

    Have at it boys and girls. I’ll be at it again in the morning.

    Thanks Fish any time! Had a blast even though I did fall a couple times. Thank your mom again for lunch too! That was awesome! I also had a couple highlights today….Ruby had her 1st point. Held it for a good 15 seconds and flushed a hen and then Cooper and ruby stood side by side on a point and flushed another hen! Not bad for the “White Devil” lab!
