    Anyone braving the storm tomorrow?

I’m thinking of hitting in the am for deer and mid morning for some birds!

Have to work half day tomorrow! Suppose to travel to in-laws tomorrow night but weather isn’t looking so good. Do you think it would pay to hunt Saturday or will the deer be hunkered down?

I ran out last night and threw an old bed sheet over two of my ladder stands. Last thing I want is to fall out of a snowy/icy stand tomorrow. Hopefully a clamped them down tight enough to hold the snow.

I’m going after “Same ole buck different day”.If I can get there. It would be alot easier if he’d just give up.

I was going to try to make it out in the morning as well. I hope to finally put some meat in the freezer! Good luck to you all and be safe if we get the freezing rain!

Good to hear that you found her.

After all that I was unable to make my 2 hour trek South on Christmas Eve morning due to the weather!

However somehow I was able to make it to ND on Xmas day for some deer hunting. I should have brought my snowmobile. I went a 2 mile stretch on a ND State Highway and it was pedal to the metal and busting drifts the whole time, guessing where the road was at times and driving blind as the snow was coming over the hood onto the wind shield!
