Like it was said before in a differant thread, take some breaks and make sure to watch your hunting buddies. It is going to be warm this weekend so bring lots of water for both you and the dog.

Got my two pretty quick this morning. A lot of birds and A lot of people. Just west of the metro. Too hot for the dog if you ask me, so it was good it was a short hunt.

Well my plans got changed drastically. Was planning on going most of the day with a couple of buddies; but due to cicumstances beyond my control only went out for an hour with Daisy. Daisy worked close and pointed a hen. She had a couple of other birdy moments, but no birds. Anyway, it was nice to get out at all and the dog looks good. So I can’t complain.

I talked to my step brother yesterday who farms about 2000 acres near Fairmont. He should finish harvesting beans today and will go right into the corn. So that’s my crop report.

Thursday will not come quick enough.
